Your tasks:

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all processes required for the trouble-free operation of our building complex and production facilities
• Technical management (plant operation, maintenance and repair)
• Responsibility for carrying out maintenance, maintenance and repair measures in accordance with maintenance schedules
• Coordination and assignment to service providers and acceptance of services
• Responsibility for compliance with all relevant legal and trade law requirements

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH, degree) preferably in the field of facility management
• Multi-year professional experience in a comparable function in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Practical understanding of building services
• Sure handling of MS Office
• Perseverance, reliability, organisational skills and a confident manner
• Very good written and spoken German

The gross salary for this position is €4,500, based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
