Your tasks:

• Analysis of production and logistics workflows and processes and identification of optimisation potential
• Further development of material flow and transport processes
• Design of workplaces, equipment and processes on the shop floor in accordance with 5S principles
• Managing projects in the production and logistics environment (e.g. equipment, investments)
• Promoting a lean culture by applying lean methods and planning and implementing workshops
• Actively promoting and supporting shop floor management and continuous improvement processes (CIP)
• Supporting managers in the areas of lean, 5S and occupational safety
• Creating and maintaining work plans, process descriptions and layouts
• Participating in and carrying out internal audits

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (e.g. HTL, foreman or degree). HTL, foreman or degree) in the field of logistics, supply chain management, production or comparable
• Multi-year experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the field of work preparation, industrial engineering or logistics
• Basic knowledge of lean methods (e.g. 5S, CIP, shop floor management) an advantage
• Experience in the implementation of digital or automated solutions is an advantage

For this position, a gross salary from 3,800 euros is envisaged on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
