Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the smooth running of intralogistics to ensure trouble-free dispatch and material supply until the products are dispatched
- Various tasks in the area of incoming goods, warehouse management and inventory management
- Checking the plausibility of the requirement quantities proposed by the warehouse management system and making adjustments in the event of deviations
- Ensuring compliance with company and product-specific storage regulations
- Implementing suitable measures in the event of incorrect deliveries in cooperation with quality assurance, including returns processing
- Initiating measures in the event of stock discrepancies and ongoing optimisation of the warehouse organisation
- Acting as the company's dangerous goods officer
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations relating to the storage, packaging and transport of dangerous goods
- Training and raising employee awareness of the safe handling of dangerous goods
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training (foreman, Matura, degree), ideally in the field of logistics
- Multiple years of professional experience in operational logistics, preferably with experience in handling dangerous goods processes
- Completed training as a dangerous goods officer (ADR) or willingness to undergo further training in this area
- Good understanding of business management, ecological and entrepreneurial contexts as well as the internal flow of goods
- Cost-conscious, resource-saving and process-orientated action
- Independent and structured way of working, complemented by teamwork and strong communication skills
- Safe scope with MS Office and ERP systems (Sage B7 an advantage) as well as experience in dealing with identification systems (Pro.File)
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills. Czech language skills are an advantage

This position offers a gross salary from €3,500 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
