Your tasks:

• Development and establishment of a consistent controlling process in the area of production and inventory management
• Preparation, analysis and interpretation of data to derive meaningful key figures
• Creation of ad hoc evaluations, monitoring of investments and budgets as well as reports for business and production management
• Ongoing variance analysis with regard to manufacturing costs and post-calculations
• Conception, Support and further development of controlling tools (dashboards, BI)
• Involvement in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Close coordination with specialist departments to assess the feasibility of innovation proposals

Your profile:

• Completed business studies or comparable training
• Multi-year professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in customer order-related production
• In-depth experience in production controlling, in particular in analysing, evaluating and further developing production processes in close coordination with the specialist departments, to ensure efficient and transparent controlling structures
• Structured and precise way of working, paired with a proactive, communicative personality
• Idea generator with a pronounced affinity for numbers and the ability to analyse
• Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems, Power BI knowledge an advantage

For this position, a gross salary of 4,000 euros or more is envisaged based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
