Your tasks:

• Production programme planning (rough planning) in coordination with the operational divisions
• Operative planning and control of customer and production orders in the ERP system
• Central contact person for schedule coordination along the value chain
• Preparation and coordination of data for planning meetings (capacity forecast, bottlenecks, ...).)
• Maintenance, design and further development of planning-relevant data in the ERP system
• Collaboration in the design and optimisation of planning and control processes as well as Optimisation of planning and control processes and systems

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, FH) with a focus on industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain management or comparable - alternatively corresponding relevant previous knowledge
• Professional experience in production planning or Good understanding of processes in a manufacturing company
• Strong affinity for data and excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness paired with a confident manner
• Confident handling of ERP systems and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

This position offers a gross salary from €3,300 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
