Full-time
Your tasks:
- Administration, maintenance and optimisation of the ERP system landscape
- Support of interfaces to other IT systems (e.g. BI, CRM, DMS)
- Close cooperation with internal departments BI, CRM, DMS)
- Continuous improvement, detailed documentation and reliable maintenance of our ERP system landscape
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners to integrate and optimise our systems
- Independent identification and resolution of system problems
- Supporting and advising our colleagues on the efficient use of IT systems
Your profile:
- Completed training and relevant professional experience in the IT sector
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with MS-SQL databases (SQL queries)
- Experience in homogeneous MS environments (incl.a. Microsoft Windows Server from version 2019; MS 365) an advantage
- Experience in dealing with Windows 10/11
- Good written and spoken German and English
