Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the product group area of contract manufacturing components according to in-house drawings and external work processes
• Conducting procurement market analyses, as well as developing and expanding the supplier portfolio with a focus on long-term and strategic business relationships
• Creating and implementing efficient supplier and product group strategies, taking into account the best possible quality, security of supply and price
• Responsible for planning tenders, conducting negotiations and professional contract management
• Interface with the relevant departments in the company such as engineering, quality assurance, work preparation, project management and sales
• Active risk, complaint and claim management
• Co-design and development of relevant KPIs for better control and optimisation of procurement processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical training (metal construction, HTL, FH...)
• Professional experience in technical purchasing (ideally in steel and mechanical engineering) with a high level of quality and cost awareness
• Know-how in the application of modern purchasing tools and methods
• Technical understanding (welding, sheet metal and bending technology) with strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Team player with communication skills, as well as entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
• Proactive personality with a precise and structured way of working
• Sure handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel to a small extent

For this position, a gross salary of 3,800 euros is envisaged on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
