(Lower Austria), is part of a very succesful international group of companies additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of
gangways, automatic door systems
and
interior fittings
for rail vehicles and buses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for production, warehousing, maintenance and repair services, with a focus on prototype building, testing, assembly, repairs and overhaul projects
- Prioritization, coordination and tracking of build, test and service orders as well as small-batch production
- Production alignment, capacity planning for the site and operational coordination with subsidiaries regarding localization and workplace design
- Production planning and control within the ERP system (BC), as well as optimization of inventory levels
- Ensuring quality, documentation, and continuous process improvement
- Further development of efficient processes in prototype and small-series environments
- Leadership, coaching, and development of the production team
- Implementation of LEAN and 5S principles in the operational environment
Your skills:
- Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or engineering degree)
- Several years of leadership experience in a production environment
- Several years of experience in prototype construction, special-purpose machinery, or small-batch manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems as well as production and resource planning
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
- Structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working
