Teamleader Sales Interiors (f/m/d)

• Key account management of existing customer relationships and contract negotiations
• Market analysis, identification of potential customers and development of the Interior product segment (train interiors)
• Professional and disciplinary management of a small team
• Collaboration with related departments within the company
• Data management of contracts, customers and rates of our ERP system

• Completed technical or business education (HTL, or similar)
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in interior sales or a similar position
• Experience in leading teams and communicating with customers and decision-makers
• Product and market knowledge of the railway industry and/or automotive is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills
• Technical and business understanding
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and work as a team
• Customer-oriented, professional behavior
• Good MS Office skills, experience with ERP systems
• Willingness to travel (10-20%)
