POSITION SUMMARY
We're searching for an energetic, creative, and highly skilled Sous Chef to be the right-hand to our Restaurant Chef and the driving force in our prestigious outlets' kitchens. This is your chance to step onto a world-class culinary stage and translate the resort's commitment to excellence into every dish.
The Role:As our Sous Chef, you won't just follow recipes; you'll help create the symphony. You will be essential in:
Menu Innovation: Collaborating on menus that delight and surprise our sophisticated guests.
Operational Excellence: Overseeing kitchen operation, ensuring seamless service, impeccable hygiene, and strict adherence to 5-star standards.
Team Leadership: Mentoring, inspiring, and training our talented brigade of cooks, fostering a positive, high-energy, and professional work environment.
Quality Control: Guaranteeing that every plate leaving the pass is a masterpiece of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Who You Are:You are a seasoned culinary professional with:
Proven experience in a similar role, in a fast past environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
A true passion for premium ingredients and cutting-edge techniques.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you can run a busy line while keeping your cool and motivating the team.
The drive to continuously push boundaries and strive for culinary awards and recognition.
