What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, handling both client and server-side development.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and across functional groups in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrate best development practices and mentor peers by sharing knowledge.
• Independently debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Design scalable, high-performance solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Implement software solutions aligned with product roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Create and maintain technical and product documentation.
• Communicate complex problems and solutions effectively, ensuring clarity across teams.

What You Bring

• Strong technical expertise in .Net, C#, Java, SQL Server, and UI technologies with knowledge of OData protocols.
• Proficiency in .Net backend development, with at least basic knowledge of JS, HTML, and CSS (SAP UI5 or React experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture for cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Ability to design and implement solutions across all layers—UI, backend, and database.
• Hands-on experience with Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Exposure to Analytical and Report Modeling for enterprise cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Test-Driven Development, and expertise in unit, integrity, stress, performance testing, and test automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation test frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
• Familiarity with deploying large-scale applications on public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Bonus: Exposure to Python, PySpark, and Databricks.

Work Experience & Educational Qualification

• Requires 2-3 years of professional experience in developing .Net / C# based enterprise web-based application.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science required, Master preferred.
