Wir suchen einen kommunikativen Serviceberater, der Spaß an der Teamarbeit hat und leidenschaftlich komplexe technische Probleme lösen möchte. In dieser Funktion erlebst du vielfältige Aufgaben und erreichst ein breites Spektrum an Fachkenntnissen. Als Serviceberater in unserem Team kannst du ganz unterschiedliche Tätigkeiten kombinieren:

• Du berätst Kunden bei ihren komplexen technischen Herausforderungen mit detaillierten Daten- und Faktenanalysen
• Du verfügst über ein solches Fachwissen zu SAP, so dass du Kollegen in den Regionen bei der Beantwortung von Fragen zu unseren Dienstleistungen, Werkzeugen und Datenanalysen unterstützen kannst
• Du entwirfst und entwickelst intelligente Werkzeuge und Methoden für unseren Kundendienst mit modernsten Technologien zur Automatisierung

Jeden Tag arbeitest du mit unseren Top-Fachexperten im Team zusammen und bist Teil eines weltweit führenden Netzwerks von SAP Technologen, Automatisierungsexperten und Datenanalysten, die eng mit der SAP-Produktentwicklung kooperieren.

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Natur-, Wirtschafts- bzw. Ingenieurswissenschaften, bevorzugte Fachrichtungen sind Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik.
• Kenntnisse der Softwareentwicklung mit einer entsprechenden Programmiersprache wie Python, SQL, JavaScript / Node.JS, Java oder auch ABAP
• Verständnis von Entwicklungsmethoden, Sicherheitskonzepten, oder maschinellem Lernen/AI.
• Kundenorientierung steht für dich an erster Stelle. Du kannst gut zuhören, dich in unsere Kunden hineinversetzen, und komplexe Informationen sowohl für technische als auch nichttechnische Zielgruppen prägnant darstellen
• Reisebereitschaft zu den Standorten unserer Kunden
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Wünschenswert sind Fachkenntnisse zu SAP Lösungen wie etwa S/4 HANA, SAP Business AI oder SAP Business Data Cloud
