About the team

We are a mixed team of developers, product managers and program management. Our focus is on SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focused Run and related software components and products. Our team is located in Germany and India.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP CXS iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Security in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focused Run
Work Area: Software-Design and Development
Location: St.Leon Rot

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the security measures for SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM.
• Support the implementation and management of security protocols to safeguard information systems.
• Participate in cybersecurity and compliance assessments for SAP-based systems.
• Collaborate with mentors to analyze potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to developing security documentation and policies.
• Gain exposure to cloud security architectures, focusing on SAP solutions.
• Research emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies relevant to SAP systems.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with major programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or UI technologies like Fiori.
• Basic Understanding of SAP systems or willingness to learn SAP security features.
• Fluent English, German is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
