Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Product Engineering board area. As private cloud managed services provider, Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery is offering a key aspect in the intelligent business transformation journey of our customers. You will work in a highly collaborative, international team that covers all time-zones for a 24/7 delivery.

Position title: SAP Enterprise Cloud Services iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Technical Tooling Developer for Strategic Customer
Work Area: Customer Service and Support
Location: St. Leon Rot

• Closely collaborate with team members to develop solutions for various use-cases currently
• Understand the purpose of existing solutions and tooling-use-cases
• Engineer and implement new solutions leveraging MS-365 services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand potential improvement and facilitate the adoption of new solutions
• Identify and implement improvements to current workflows

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learnin

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2-3yrs of customer-facing experience
• Good written, verbal communication in English (German is a plus)
• Strongly focused on quality, customer success and driven by results
• Technical mindset and experience working with the MS Office Suite
• Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Interested in working with highly organized and effective international and virtual teams
• Interested in continuously acquiring new knowledge in an independent, proactive way
• Happy to work from home and in the office

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
