About the team:

The Globalization Services user assistance team is very international with locations in Brazil, India and China. You will join our team in St. Leon-Rot, where we have about 20 writers, including two students. We create online help, in-app help and multimedia content for the users of our cloud software.

Position title: SAP Globalization Services iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Technical Writer
Work Area: Software-Design and Development

In this role, you’ll:

• Help us create videos and graphics that are used in our product assistance.
• Be supported from the start by your mentor. She will help you understand, plan, and create the content.
• Be able to select from complementary tasks in our team, for example, working on user assistance, customer feedback, or analytics, depending on your interests.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• You are studying communication and media management, technical writing, or similar
• English and German (fluent, written and spoken)
• Experience with technical writing and working in a content management system

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
