What you'll do

You will be part of a team of highly skilled Client Delivery Managers (CDMs) in the SAP Private Cloud as part of RISE.
You will support the CDMs in their daily work, support management in data cleanup efforts and be part of the newly established Customer Content & Communications Focus Group.

• You will get insights and understanding of balance sheets and contractual agreements of SAP Private Cloud customers
• You will make yourself familiar with our SAP RISE tools such as the "Delivery Engagement Desk”, "ATLAS”, "SAP for Me/ServiceNow” etc.
• Raising customer visibility and trust by creating engaging success stories, references, and internal narratives
• You will get the chance to optimize your skills in the Microsoft 365 Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Information systems, computer science
• Computer skills: MS Office, General IT knowledge, generic technical IT skills
• Graphic design skills concerning layout and branding are a plus
• Language skills: fluency in English is a must, strong writing skills in English is a plus, German is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, time and self-management, communication -

Where you belong

The Client Delivery Management (CDM) organization for the MEE region is a distributed team of about 100 colleagues, distributed all across Europe.
You will be in the St. Leon-Rot department, consisting of 30 CDMs, but you will work with colleagues from all across the region.
The environment in our team is diverse, dynamic, positive and fosters autonomic work.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
