In your role as a working student, you will be supporting the Content Success & Adoption Team within the SAP Global Content Group in a variety of tasks depending on priorities and support needs, focusing on the area of enablement asset creation:
- Develop impactful how-to guides and enablement materials that help teams quickly grasp the value and application of our Business Content & Accelerators
- Create engaging blog posts and high-impact communication assets that spark interest, drive awareness, and bring our content to life across internal and external channels
- Translate customer feedback and requirements into enablement assets and validate them with stakeholders
- Produce enablement videos using intuitive, AI-powered tools, delivering polished, professional content
- Track asset metrics, analyze data to assess effectiveness and report on successes, areas for improvement and actionable insights for future strategies
- Work closely with our experienced and collaborative Content Success & Adoption team, gaining exposure to strategic content initiatives and agile ways of working
We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and committed to delivering high-quality work efficiently, ideally someone who enjoys storytelling as much as they enjoy smart, streamlined execution.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Outstanding presentation, visualization, and communication skills: you know how to translate ideas into clear, compelling formats and adapt your message for different audiences
- A fast learner with a proactive mindset you absorb new tools and concepts quickly and aren't afraid to experiment, iterate, and propose new approaches
- Creative thinker with a strong sense for visual storytelling, design quality, and audience engagement
- Motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while delivering high-quality results
- A true team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and contributing fresh ideas to elevate team outcomes
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

The Global Content Group (GCG) empowers customers to get the most out of SAP solutions through smart, contextual Business Content & Accelerators that accelerate business transformation and drive customer success. Our business content is based on knowledge gained throughout many years of working with customers and partners and it supports for example the business transformation management toolchain in SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, Cloud ALM and WalkMe.
Within GCG, the Content Success & Adoption team plays a key role in making sure our content reaches the right people at the right time, with the clarity, relevance, and impact they need.
We work closely with internal teams and customers around the world, constantly refining our content to reflect real-world needs. Our mission is to boost visibility, adoption, and measurable impact, always in close partnership with our stakeholders.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Together, we shape content that truly makes a difference.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
