What you'll do
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Product Manager in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Assist the Product Manager in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market trends
- Support in preparing product documentation, user stories, and feature specifications
- Help with data analysis and creating dashboards to monitor product KPIs
- Participate in product meetings, sprint planning, and team stand-ups
- Liaising with operations and support teams
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams on various projects
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking
- Maintain and update internal tools, product boards, and documentation platforms (e.g., Jira, Figma)
- Helping us to communicate our work with our stakeholders
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Psychology, information architecture, interaction design, product management, design, communication
- Computer skills: Figma, Powerpoint, User research
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, storytelling, presentation skills
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
