What you'll build

• Develop and support AI scenarios for the Technical Root Cause Analysis.
• Support Ad-hoc Backoffice Internal requests comes from the colleagues.
• Follow-up weekend and weekdays staffing gaps with the respective teams.
• Contribute to our quality initiatives.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) - enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s degree program relevant to the role (e.g., computer science or related field).
• Strong communication skills, with an open and professional style, to effectively address customer and colleague needs.
• Team player who is adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a variety of admin and support tasks efficiently.
• Customer-oriented mindset with perseverance, curiosity, and a passion for meaningful innovation and lifelong learning.
• Willingness to work closely with diverse international teams and support consultants.
• Proficiency in English.

Where you belong

Global Technical Back Office is part of SAP Mission Control Center (MCC), operates on a global level. It comprises of global teams and five regional organizations. We deliver 24/7 support to all critical customers in business down and go-live situations. The team is comprised of senior experts across various technical and application areas, working as De-Escalation Architect (DEA).

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
