Corporate Processes & Information Technology / IT Operations / IT Solutions Management & Operations is responsible for the smooth operation of our global business-critical systems at SAP.

The area enables continuously SAP's innovations to the existing business system landscapes while providing stable system operations. SMO purpose is to help SAP business to run better and improves user's lives.

What you'll build

We are searching for a Working Student (f/m/d) on a long-term base to support the CPIT OPS SMO Organization within a small agile operating team of SAP basis system administrators.

Main Tasks:

• Supporting internal communication and marketing-related initiatives (e.g., newsletters, presentations).
• Assisting in planning and organizing team events and workshops.
• Helping with strategic project coordination and documentation.
• Collaborating with IT colleagues on internal tooling and process improvements.
• Preparing reports, visuals, and content for cross-functional meetings., For SAP employees: Only permanent roles are eligible for the SAP Employee Referral Program, according to the eligibility rules set in the SAP Referral Policy. Do you have experience in Windows?, * Basic understanding of IT processes or willingness to learn

• Being a team player
• Fluent speaking and writing in GERMAN and English
• Familiar in using Microsoft Windows and Office Tools like: PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of tools like: Microsoft Teams, JIRA is a plus
• 16 - 20 working hours per week
• Regular presence in St.Leon-Rot office is required, candidates who are not in commuting distance will not be considered
• At least 2 semesters of studies left are required
