For our Wafer Production Engineering at Axetris AG, we are looking for an independent and motivated individual.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for improving processes and related equipment
• Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing
• Transfer of new processes into production
• Specification, evaluation, installation, and qualification of new systems and equipment
• Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment and process issues in production

Qualifikation

• M.Sc. degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in semiconductor production and proven experience in one of the areas such as sputter deposition, dry etching, wet chemistry, dicing, or pick & place
• Good knowledge of methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, root cause analysis etc.
• German and English language skills required
• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
