YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

IWC Reception and Museum Experiences

• Welcoming our international guest groups and walk-in visitors for the IWC Museum on Saturdays
• Provide IWC Museum introduction and general information about IWC’s history to the guests
• Admission management of IWC Museum guests
• Situational preparation before the guest arrival and tidying up of the premises after tours/visits

Other Key Responsibilities Include:

• Administration tasks and support in project coordination
• Innovate and assist with the continuous improvements of our guest experiences
• Getting to know our guests personally and going the extra mile where possible to make their experience unforgettable
• Ensure compliance with all safety precautions in accordance with internal guidelines across all experiences

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• Bachelor and/or Master studies with a focus on business or hospitality management.
• Talent for organization and project management.
• Affinity and feel for numbers and proficient using Excel, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Structured and diligent style of working with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Hands- on mentality and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Proficient in German & English. French is a plus.
