Your responsibilities

• Conduct new supplier assessments, approvals, onboarding, and training programs to ensure suppliers meet compliance standards and are effectively integrated into operations
• Initiate and track measures for supplier performance improvement based on evaluations, driving sustainability practices and mitigating supplier risks
• Lead supplier development initiatives, including sustainability improvements, and organize supplier development meetings and business reviews to ensure continuous improvement
• Oversee supplier incident management as the overall coordinator
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with ethical and operational standards
• Collaborate across plants to coordinate and manage multi-plant incidents effectively

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, sustainability development, or compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context
• Strong knowledge of supplier auditing and risk management processes
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams
• Highly organized, perseverant, investigative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel frequently
• English (business fluent, C1), German is an advantage
