Global Consultant Support - Continuous Improvement & Change Enablement (m/f/d)

Workload : 100% - full remote work possible and no special travel needs foreseen (must be located in CH)

Your Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies and provide guidance on appropriate tools
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and budget
• Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to implement strategic and tactical initiatives
• Identify and share new ways of working to improve efficiency
• Work with other CI leaders to standardize processes, ensure sustainability, and share best practices

Your Profil:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, coaching, and change management
• L6S Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven application of methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, and Kaizen
• Strong change management and facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Ability to work effectively across a complex, global organization
• Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
• Fluent in English
