As the Global Air Logistics Healthcare Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing our global healthcare air logistics strategy. You’ll define product goals, lead innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premium, compliant, and sustainable solutions for our healthcare customers. This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and industry leadership.

How you create impact

Lead the development and implementation of new healthcare air logistics products aligned with global strategy.
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine and expand our product portfolio.
Collaborate with national and operational teams to ensure optimal service delivery structures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to operational KPIs and GxP compliance.
Develop and maintain pricing strategies for premium services in coordination with corporate pricing.
Represent Kuehne+Nagel in industry forums, working groups, and regulatory bodies (e.g., IATA, CEIV).
Create and deliver product training content in collaboration with the global training team.
Align product development with sustainability goals and digital innovation initiatives.
Manage global stakeholder communication and governance across the healthcare vertical.

What we would like you to bring

5–10 years of leadership experience, including managing virtual teams.
2–5 years of experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, or healthcare logistics.
Proven background in product management and/or product development.
Strong knowledge of WHO GDP and IATA temperature-controlled regulations.
Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry and customer requirements.
Experience in solution or consultative selling within a global matrix organization.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
