Your profile
First Experience in the Tour Operators with , ideally in the Personnel services
Practical and hands-on approach with Fun on new challenges
ambition and clear goal orientation , especially when it comes to To attract and retain customers
Strong communication skills , confident in dealing with customers and employees
Open for new ideas and ready, to change things and to structures
Driving license class B available
Your tasks
Planning and Organization of day-to-day business with the aim of allowing the branch to continue to grow
Active and targeted customer acquisition and Maintaining existing customer relationships
Tour Operators with and Motivation of teams so that all achieve the goals together
Assurance smooth processes and high quality standards
responsibility for budget and sales – the branch should be economically successful
