• Teaching in training, further education and training in nursing (focus on nursing training)
• Participation in the conceptual development of generalist nursing training
• Course instructor
• Conducting development and appraisal interviews with the trainees
• Cooperation with the practice facilities
• Advice and practical support for our trainees
• Preparation, implementation, evaluation and evaluation of practical and theoretical examinations
• Evaluation and quality assurance of theoretical and practical training
