We are looking for:

Machine and plant operators (m/f/d)

Location: Schneverdingen | Full-time | Fixed-term until 31 October 2026

Your tasks

• You will set up the packaging systems and work with your team to ensure that production runs smoothly
• Regular process and function checks are a matter of course for you
• You will rectify minor malfunctions yourself or forward them to the technical department
• You will monitor and control our packaging systems and ensure that quality and efficiency are up to standard
• You distribute our biscuits and wafers cleanly and evenly on the conveyor belts.
• You pack the finished goods into the outer cartons.
• In doing so, you ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety standards and carry out regular cleaning work.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training – preferably in a technical field – or comparable experience and skills.
• Reliability, team spirit and personal responsibility, combined with technical understanding.
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late and possibly night shifts).
• Good written and spoken German
• Ideally, a driving licence for industrial trucks
