Our client is a medium-sized, logistics-focused service provider in the pharmaceutical sector, headquartered in the greater Berlin-Schönefeld area with branches in Großbeeren, among other locations. For many years, the company has been handling key tasks along the value chain for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, from temperature-controlled storage, distribution, and transport to specialized services such as serialization and packaging according to regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) specializing in payroll accounting & HR administration at the Schönefeld or Großbeeren location.

- Compensation starts at €17 to €19 per hour, depending on experience.

Your profile:
Absolutely necessary:
Several years of experience in the HR field, especially in payroll accounting
Very good knowledge of Rexx or a comparable personnel management system
Desirable:
Experience in contract drafting
Knowledge of applicant management / recruiting
Structured, independent and reliable work ethic
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Proactive mindset and willingness to actively participate in shaping processes
Your tasks:
Independent execution and preparation of payroll accounting.
Maintenance and administration of employee master data in the HR system (Rexx or similar)
Drafting and managing employment contracts, contract amendments and certificates
Support for applicant management and assistance in recruiting
Active participation in the optimization of HR processes and the contribution of own ideas
