Technical, Workshop & GSE Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

Purpose

Ensure smooth operation, GSE availability and utilization, timely and high-quality maintenance and cost-effective management of the GSE fleet in close collaboration with workshops, sales, and management.Be the internal and external vocal point regarding maintenance requirements, maintenance cost and maintenance budgets and define the maintenance and repair quality of HiSERV.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central technical point for GSE issues and workshop support.
• Manage warranty cases and approve repairs/refurbishments based on technical and economic criteria.
• Develop and update maintenance plans, including special components.
• Oversee maintenance documentation and system updates (SmartFLEET).
• Control maintenance budgets, review invoices, and provide cost insights to Sales.
• Monitor fleet status using GSE management systems and contribute to lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical/technical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in GSE, fleet, or workshop management (airport experience a plus).
• Strong skills in maintenance planning, cost control, and decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; fluent in German & English.

• Driver’s license required.
