For our Munich office, we are looking for a senior sales engineer (f/m/d) in full time.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and advise on optimal cryogenic solutions, including complex systems, at an expert level
  • Own the full sales cycle—from inquiry and quotation through negotiation and deal closing—with a high degree of autonomy
  • Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the order lifecycle, proactively managing communication from order processing to post-delivery follow-up
  • Build and strategically develop long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, on-sitemeetings, and product demonstrations, engaging both technical experts and decision-makers
  • Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive signals into actionable recommendations for product management,engineering, and leadership
  • Mentor junior Sales Engineers and share best practices across the sales team
  • Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies, processes, and tools

Requirements

  • A degree in physics, quantum science & technology, engineering, or a related field (Master'sor PhD preferred)
  • An established professional networkin the quantum technology, low-temperature physics, or quantum hardware ecosystem
  • Track recordof managing complex sales cycles and closing deals end-to-end
  • Genuine passion forcutting-edgescience and the ability to speak credibly with researchers at the highest levels
  • Excellent communication skills(written and oral) in Englishwith an ability tomake complex technology accessible and build trust quickly
  • Willingness to travel internationally (25 %)
  • Independent, proactive, and well-organized — with a collaborative mindset and a high sense of responsibility
