• Manage project cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking across project lifecycle

• Support procurement activities including RFQs, POs, and supplier coordination

• Prepare and maintain project cost forecasts and capital expenditure plans

• Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and ensure cost efficiency

• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and procurement teams

• Handle Allocation of Funds (AoF) and update WBS structures in SAP

• Manage change requests such as ECA, FI, and RCO through defined systems

• Support fixed asset management including FADO and FATO processes

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and audit compliance records

• Execute project close-out activities including reconciliation and capitalization

• SAP (R/3), Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM)

• Cost Estimation Tools (XCE Tool, Twenty5)

• Project Planning Tools (Primavera, MS Project)

• Advanced MS Excel & Power BI

• Procurement & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Processes

• Financial Forecasting & Budget Control

• Knowledge of HOAI Standards
