Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege sowie a nerkannte Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft / Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) bzw. ein Studium im Pflege‑ oder Gesundheitsmanagement
- Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Pflegebereichs wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit, Pflegeprozesse zu steuern, zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Empathie, Teamgeist und ein authentisches Führungsverständnis
- Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Angehörigen, Kooperationspartnern und Kostenträgern
- Driving license class B
Your tasks:
- Führung des Pflegeteams mit moderner, motivierender Leitung und sicherer Organisation des gesamten Pflegebetriebs
- Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen, professionellen und zugleich menschlich starken Pflege‑ und Betreuungsqualität für die Tagespflegegäste
- Überwachung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Pflegeprozesse – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
