Your area of responsibility
They are the contact persons, collaborators, and enablers (as colleagues) for all matters relating to occupational safety – for our customers and their teams. Specifically, this means:
They take over the safety-related support according to § 6 ASiG – and ensure that occupational safety on site does not just work on paper.
They regularly conduct inspections on construction sites and in factories – with a trained eye for risks and potential for improvement.
They provide advice and support on topics such as:
Preparation of risk assessments and operating instructions
Development and organization of a functioning occupational safety system in the company
Selection and procurement of work equipment, materials and personal protective equipment
Designing safe and ergonomic workplaces
Practical implementation of regulations such as the Hazardous Substances Ordinance or the Industrial Safety Ordinance
They check work procedures and safety equipment – and ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely.
They make their knowledge available as a speaker in training courses and instruction sessions – in a clear, practical and understandable way.
your qualification

With these qualifications and qualities, you are a perfect fit for our team:
Completed (or currently ongoing) training as a specialist for occupational safety
A completed engineering degree or a completed master craftsman/technician training – we are open to different paths.
Experience in occupational safety – ideally with a construction site background
Interested in field service? You enjoy being on the go and like direct contact with people.
You are proficient in using MS Office – Word, Excel & Co. are no obstacle for you.
Independent, structured work style – with an eye for detail
Strong communication skills and confidence in writing (expert review style)
Commitment, reliability and a convincing demeanor – you build trust through your competence.
Desirable: construction expertise – but not a must if you are open to new things.
