This position must be filled from now for a period of at least 6 month.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting various projects within the context of the strategic people development, qualification and learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion
- Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
- Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications
- Concept-creation and support in facilitation
- Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
- Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe
Your Qualifications
- Studies in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
- Competent handling of MS-Office applications
- Advanced English skills
- Capacity to "think outside the box”, commitment and flexibility
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent
