Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile delivery and insurance systems?

A leading insurance organization is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their Commercial Insurance IT team, supporting a global pricing tool through maintenance, production support, and ongoing enhancements.

You will work in an international setup with teams across Zurich and Spain, contributing to a business-critical platform used globally.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Understand and define as-is and to-be processes
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities

Project & Delivery Support

• Support Agile (Scrum) delivery activities
• Participate in test planning, testing, and implementation
• Track tasks and support ongoing releases and improvements

Process Improvement

• Model business processes and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to resolve operational issues

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience in P&C / Commercial Insurance
• Experience supporting business-critical systems
