As a global technology leader, we’re seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join our Swiss Sales team and lead strategic engagements with healthcare and life sciences entities. Join us and help create the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities
What will you do
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for Oracle Fusion solutions across assigned health and life science accounts.
- Build and execute a comprehensive account strategy to grow Oracle’s footprint across ERP, HCM, SCM and CX Cloud solutions.
- Develop long-term trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, CIOs, and line-of-business leaders.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the health and/or life sciences sector to articulate Oracle’s value proposition tailored to operational challenges.
- Navigate public procurement cycles, framework agreements, and tendering processes relevant to government and other institutions.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle’s public sector policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
- Engage with Oracle partners, GSI, and local SIs to co-sell and co-deliver strategic transformation programs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in Oracle’s CRM tools and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined deal execution and pipeline velocity.
- Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, legal, finance, and customer success teams to deliver value throughout the customer journey.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Experience with selling Oracle Fusion Apps or similar experience with enterprise applications from companies such as Workday, Salesforce, SAP, or other leading providers of cloud-based business solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to align Fusion with measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent in German and English
- Travel up to 50%
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in sales within the healthcare and life sciences market
- French and/or Italian language skills
