YOUR MISSION

• Own the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the event streaming and API management platform

• Ensure that systems are scalable, stable, and well monitored in a high-availability environment

• Design and improve application integration using messaging and API management, with a focus on long-term sustainability

• Work closely with engineering, platform, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery

• Contribute to platform reliability and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively

• Support the team with an open and collaborative mindset, sharing knowledge and driving improvements

• Participate in on-call support to ensure platform availability

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Strong experience working with event streaming technologies, especially Kafka

• Proven background in building and operating high-availability and high-performance platforms

• Good understanding of system scalability, monitoring, and reliability

• Experience with API management and integration architectures

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively

• Motivation to not only implement solutions but also improve processes and systems

• Structured and hands-on working style

• Very good German and English skills
