- Support KYC, AML, and background check processes, as well as legal and financial services matters
- Conduct regulatory assessments for clients in the financial sector
- Analyze and assess current regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, directives, and standards
What Makes You Successful:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proven experience in compliance, ideally gained at a major consultancy firm or in the internal/external/regulatory audit or compliance department of a Swiss financial or banking institution
- Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations, particularly related to AML (LBA) and KYC
- Fluency in French (native) and English (minimum level C1)
- Strong client orientation and commitment to high-quality service
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented, dynamic environment under time constraints
