Our team supports clients across the pillars of Regulations, Governance, and Compliance, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, establish effective governance structures, and manage compliance risks. We provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to ensure organizations remain resilient, well-governed, and fully compliant in an evolving regulatory landscape.
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, financial market licenses, and interactions with supervisory authorities
- Support regulated entities in navigating complex regulatory challenges such as enforcement, bankruptcy, and resolution
- Develop and implement governance structures
- Review AML and compliance risk frameworks in line with evolving regulatory standards
- Support and manage regulatory-driven projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while providing strategic guidance to clients

- You will have the possibility to work on risk, regulatory and compliance projects with top tier financial institutions and establish expertise across key topics for the financial services industry
- Be part of a highly motivated and ambitious team with deep expertise in Swiss and European financial market rules and regulations that will support your professional and personal development

- You will participate in planning and executing of go-to-market activities
Who We Are Looking For
- University degree in law; additional certifications (e.g. post-graduate studies) are a plus
- Experience in financial regulation, governance, and compliance, with project management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in advising client representatives
- Fluency in German (native preferred) and very good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of French, Italian or other languages are a plus
