For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for a Patient Admission Clerk (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• First point of contact for our patients during inpatient and outpatient admission
• Recording and maintaining patient data in the hospital information system
• Advising and informing patients about organizational hospital processes
• Cooperation with the wards and the medical and administrative departments

• Completed nursing training of at least one year or training as a medical assistant

• Experience in patient admission desirable
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Full-time or part-time position
