If you have successfully obtained an intermediate school-leaving certificate (Fachoberschulreife) and are of age, you have already fulfilled the most important requirements. You will put a definite smile on our faces with your enthusiasm for technology, which you have already demonstrated with good performance in the subjects of mathematics and physics at school. Logical thinking, a school-level knowledge of English in addition to fluent German, and some manual dexterity in your luggage - and you're off to the future!

Our goal is your professional success! This includes PIEPER full integration right from the start and attractive training pay according to the prevailing wage scale. You will receive intensive, structured training from us as well as individual support during your entire 3.5-year training period in the dual system. You will learn how to install, commission, maintain, repair and troubleshoot visual process monitoring systems in high-temperature environments and safety systems. We will teach you how state-of-the-art network systems work, how to install and commission them. If you already have a driver's license or commute to the vocational school by public transport, we will subsidize your travel costs. And last but not least: A permanent position after successfully passing your final exams is more than likely at PIEPER more than likely!
