As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as Deputy Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) at our Siegen location.
Your Tasks
- As Deputy HR Manager, you will act as the point of contact for employees and management in all personnel-related matters.
- Responsibility for the implementation, optimization, and further development of HR processes, contributing your in-depth expertise in labor law and personnel management
- In addition to planning and implementing operational and strategic HR projects, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the HR department
- Coordination and cooperation between management and the works council will expand your range of tasks
- Responsibility for managing recruitment and personnel administration, including selection processes and conducting interviews and negotiations
Our Requirements
- You have a university degree or have successfully completed commercial training, as well as recognized additional or further training qualifications
- We require initial professional experience in a management position and in-depth knowledge of HR
- A sound knowledge of labor law and experience in working with a works council are desirable
- Your personality includes entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of goal and quality orientation
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and social competence, as well as very good English skills round off your profile; French skills are an advantage
