is a market-leading group of companies in the construction industry with decades of experience and over 1,000 employees throughout Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Digital Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d) in Siegen.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, including change management, as well as for managing and implementing complex IT projects
- Development and implementation of digital strategy projects to modernize the company's system and process landscape in close coordination with management and other departments
- Identifying, evaluating, and implementing digital technologies and technological developments to continuously optimize the IT infrastructure, business processes, and production workflows
- Further development of ERP, CRM, and other IT systems, expansion and optimization of interfaces, including integration projects for the use of artificial intelligence (AI)
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or computer science; alternatively, you have an equivalent technical qualification with a strong IT focus
- Project management and leadership experience in the areas of IT infrastructure and architecture, as well as in the digitization of business processes, including change management
- In-depth knowledge of software integration, big data, Industry 4.0, production control, and industrial automation
- Experience in the areas of workflow systems and digital project data rooms, business management expertise is also welcome
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- You impress with your confident and down-to-earth manner and bring an innovative and cooperative approach to your work, coupled with empathetic leadership skills
