Cook (m/f/d) as branch manager – Sigmaringen

For Insiva GmbH we are looking for a cook (m/f/d) for the branch management as a committed manager for our branch in Sigmaringen full-time as of 01.11.2025 or by arrangement.

What you can expect:

• Goods procurement, goods receipt and goods inspection
• Production planning and production management
• Preparation and serving of food
• Organizing, managing and training skilled and unskilled staff
• Quality assurance and compliance with hygiene standards
• Cooperation with people with disabilities
• Creating menus and menu sequences
• Compiling the product portfolio for the kitchen, kiosk and vending machines
• Planning, calculation and implementation of events
• Handling business management tasks in the branch in collaboration with central administration

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Master chef (m/f/d) or business management qualification an advantage
• Experience in management roles is an advantage
• Willingness to take responsibility, commitment, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
• Open-minded and constructive cooperation with people with disabilities
• Confident communication in dealing with colleagues, guests and business partners
• Enthusiasm
• Service-oriented and solution-oriented thinking
• Car driving license an advantage
