Job description
- You will be responsible for the pre-assembly and assembly of various assemblies, including Z-axes, PC tubes, magnetic interlocks and pumps, to ensure that the assembly is reliable
- Your area of responsibility will include the calibration, adjustment and precise setting of the optical units using a microscope and test equipment
- Filling the X-ray tanks with oil for cooling, the venting of these tanks on a special test stand as well as the adjustment and setting of the tanks on the test stand, followed by the endurance test, also fall within your area of responsibility
- You carry out visual inspections of the assemblies for quality assurance and then take them to the internal "KANBAN supermarket"
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- Very good analysis skills and experience in troubleshooting will stand you in good stead, whereby your strong mechanical understanding provides valuable support
- with a meticulous way of working and your high quality awareness, you make a significant contribution to the company's success
- you work reliably in a team and contribute your previous knowledge profitably
- you have a good command of German and a valid work permit
