Are you passionate about driving inventory excellence and optimizing supply chain performance at a local level? We are looking for a proactive and strategic Inventory Management Specialist to take ownership of inventory operations across our local supply network — ensuring seamless alignment between demand and supply while advancing sustainability and digital innovation.
Your Responsibilities – diverse and impactful:
- Manage finished goods inventory across local distribution, replenishment, operational centers, and customer sites
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies aligned with customer needs and product lifecycles
- Ensure service level targets (e.g., OTIF) are met while minimizing excess stock and stockouts
- Collaborate closely with planning teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to synchronize demand and supply
- Leverage digital tools such as forecasting platforms, dashboards, and AI-driven analytics for data-informed decisions
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, reporting standards, and sustainability objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote sustainable inventory practices
✅ What you bring – skills & mindset:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory or supply chain management
- Proven expertise in inventory planning, risk management, and digital supply chain tools
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong commitment to sustainability and green logistics
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
