As an Accounts Payable Accountant with German (B1/B2) (m/f/d), you will play a key role in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. You'll be part of our Central Accounting team, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

About the Role

• Process on timely basis accounts payable transactions
• Monitor vendor open items and clarifies old and unusual balances
• Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and clarify differences
• Executes electronic payment runs as well as manual payments if necessary
• Assists in the collection and distribution of financial information
• Conduct clear and concise documentation on working procedures

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in Accounting with solid knowledge in VAT legislation
• Proficiency in English language and knowledge in German (B1/B2)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Reliability and organizational skills
