Tasks

• Manage Lufthansa Technik Base Maintenance Central Planning.
• Oversee the flow of information related to Quotation Engineering, Planning Engineering, and Project Preparation.
• Support all digital initiatives and lead those within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of contracts.
• Assess new customer requirements and develop optimal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Manage the allocated budget effectively.
• Ensure detailed evaluation of work packages and the preparation of aircraft maintenance inputs by Planning Engineers.
• Implement internal and customer-specific requirements into planning activities.
• Conduct analyses related to various aspects of aircraft and/or organizational performance and take appropriate actions.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the creation and control of maintenance programs and Maintenance Planning Documents
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods
• Familiarity with modern digital tools and technologies
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of aircraft documentation
• High level of computer literacy
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, public speaking, and training skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain focused and perform effectively under pressure
