WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As Sales Manager (m/f/d) Germany North based in Solingen or remotely , you will be responsible for maximizing sales growth by acquiring new customers and partners, harmonizing sales, marketing, and customer loyalty processes, and optimizing the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include your own sales activities with customers and partners, as well as strong teamwork with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
YOUR ROLE
- New customer acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential customers in the defined market segment
- Building and maintaining relationships at all levels
- Managing the entire sales cycle - from lead qualification, presentations and negotiations to closing the deal
- Analysis of customer needs and development of a suitable range of solutions
- Preparation and implementation of product presentations, demos and pitches tailored to the needs of customers
- Development and maintenance of the sales pipeline and forecasting as well as use of the CRM system (Hubspot) to maintain and track leads and opportunities
- Close cooperation with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process
- Participation in customer events, functions and trade fairs
WHAT YOU BRING
- Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in the field of digital procure-to-pay solutions, payment solutions or similar software solutions such as finance or ERP solutions
- Proven success in setting up and completing sales projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation
- Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- Completed studies (Bachelor's and/or Master's) in business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable education
